Flashback
The Fremont Community Foundation was proud to join forces in 2009 with "Discover Downtown Canon City" merchants (and other sponsors and donors!) to put on the "Flashback on Main Street" public sock-hop dance on
a fabulous Friday night. It was a huge hit, followed by an even larger
second edition! So - the FCF will put on the
Third Annual Flashback on Friday night, May 20, 2011! The event will again
be open free to the public, and we are looking for another fantastic crowd all night, great classic cars on Main Street
(between Fifth and Seventh Streets) and terrific classic rock'n'roll from
"Wallace Cotton and the Royals!" It will be another great success, and we
appreciate all the support we receive from our Downtown Merchants and our
extraordinary volunteers! Please give a big thanks to all of our downtown merchants who participate!
